Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Participating in development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to optimize product performance and patient benefit.
Job Responsibilities:

Participate in creating the marketing plans, being responsible for the implementation.
- Maintain relationships with the external partners vs. marketing actions.
- Propose, creates and implements new product launches, according to the market demand.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding marketing activities.
- Coordinates and develops the subordinated team, being responsible for targets achieve.
- Prepares forecast for promotions , new products within the annual marketing budget
- Market analysis (prices / products / suppliers).
- Organize and participate in various events (congresses, symposia, presentations, etc.).
- Prepares regular marketing reports and analysis for the company’s products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Veterinary Medicine.
- 5-6 total years of experience
- Strong analytical skills, project planning, and organizational skills required.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of computer-based programs including spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and graphics.
- Creativity and attention to details.
- Problem-solving (thinking out of the box).
- Negotiation Skills.
- Communication Skills.
- Initiative and eager to learn
- Successful record of pharma ethical product launches.
- Digital Marketing Experience is a Must.
