Job Description

  • Elaborate the establishments cleaning tasks upon arrival, leaving and during the operation
  • Attend to and provide a solution to visitor complaints and simple problems and direct them to the Coordinator if needed
  • Plan, design and organize activities that would cater to the needs of the current and potential members putting in mind the target age groups (children 4 to 12 years old)
  • Responsible for ensuring the health & safety of all the children in the design and implementation of all the activities.
  • Observe, record and report any significant individual or group behavior that might affect the children or their parents.
  • Train, coach and develop the performance of the whole team on the best practices of edutainment covering all the different areas/potentials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • Direct working experience with children in Education, Children Activity Programs or Recreation is a must.
  • Multi-task, with the ability to layout strategy for accomplishing goals
  • Organized, time management, problem-solving approach
