Job Description

  • Be accountable for a Sales target (number of new restaurants online by country)
  • Be tasked with scaling B2B Inside Sales in an innovative way at a company that’s growing rapidly and changing constantly.
  • Proactively Lead, motivate and develop high performing teams within a time-sensitive and exciting environment to deliver on both operations and B2B sales KPIs
  • Using sales tools including SFDC to track activities and manage your teams
  • Set up career development plans, be responsible for managing Team Leads, and help develop them into talented people managers. You will eventually be managing up to multiple Team Leads, who will each be managing up team members. These team members are at the forefront of our business, generating leads and pushing them through the sales funnel.
  • Instrumental in the recruitment process and responsible for building out a world-class team
  • Dive deep into the numbers and make data-driven decisions and process improvements to ensure ongoing growth
  • Hold regular meetings and business planning sessions with stakeholders
  • Be passionate about driving Sales and building the Uber brand across EMEA in a fast-moving environment.
  • Be a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) on your team's processes and policies.
  • Be responsible for identifying trends within your team's' performance as well as overall sales trends.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to deliver a consistent world-class & effective sales experience.
  • Incredible empathy and understanding of restaurants. You will be an excellent advocate for Uber's users and passionate about the community experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, set team goals, develop people to their highest levels of performance, and lead through challenging situations.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years proven sales closing experience in a fast-growth environment
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Experience training teams on processes and sales tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
  • Creative mindset that enjoys experimentation and is willing to take bold bets
  • Foodie who is passionate about food and bringing Uber Eats users to more people

  • Proficiency in Arabic & English
