Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda .
  • Good computer skills and Searching Skills on the internet.
  • Good command of using MS Office :Word, Excel
  • Copy and print documents.
  • Follow up attendance of students and Instructors.
  • Make reservations.
  • Organize events.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, hard worker, with good communication skills.
  • Daily following up for pages, messages, comments, and posts
  • Assist all social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram & other social media platforms).
