About the Role:

A fast growing payments company is actively looking for a creative, strategic-thinking and highly driven Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving adoption and demand for our products and services. The ideal candidate will establish growth plans and strategies to expand the Company’s customer base. This is a key role in the organization as you will manage our product positioning, messaging and collateral, as well as website content and the full library of sales enablement materials. You will act as our products/customers/competition expert and translate this knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate the value of our products to our audiences. Working with various teams in an agile and very fast paced environment, you will be required to be flexible and adaptable at all times. Our passion is to change the world of payments and the Marketing team sits at the heart of achieving our ambitious vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert in B2B growth strategies and will develop and implement the strategy, analysis and optimization of paid and unpaid acquisition
  • Drive demand generation across organic and owned media (SEO, Blog, organic, and social)
  • Measure & analyze data to drive website conversion rate optimization campaigns
  • Build out new acquisition channels, be it online or offline
  • Develop our paid acquisition strategy and implement multi-channel test campaigns (display, PPC, affiliate, LinkedIn, twitter or other) to define a cost of acquisition and an attribution model
  • Define a performance marketing budget, channel split and overall expected ROI
  • Decide on the future structure of growth marketing within our business and the key roles that are required
  • Own the creation of product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts in coordination with internal and external resources
  • Create reports to measure performance and track KPIs

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of similar marketing experience, ideally in fast-growing start-up-like environments
  • Sound knowledge of marketing communications, campaign creation and proposition development
  • Customer centric, with ability to act as a customer advocate for the business, always putting the customer at the heart of communications
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to create dashboards for performance updates
  • Ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
  • Highly collaborative, with ability to work cross-functionally and provide insight to various internal stakeholders across the business
  • Tech-savvy, with a real passion for Technology
  • Good eye for business opportunities with awareness of financial factors
  • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
