Job Description
- As part of the Performance Marketing Team you'll assist in the planning and implementation of the investment strategy to identify and pursue opportunities for paid and non-paid media exposure.
- You’ll be responsible for creating reporting streamlines, forecasting models & identifying strategies for different channels & countries.
- You’ll be responsible for defining the right mix of audiences to target to increase the impact of PM activities
- As a plus, a Performance Marketing Analyst has a solid foundation in campaign management and is an expert on Google, advertising and overall digital strategy.
- You'll be tasked with proactively managing and optimizing campaigns for OLX.
- Your role is responsible for launching campaigns, optimizing its performance, preparing campaign reports and recommendations, improving company's best practices and collaborating with internal teams to establish processes for creative deliverable and streamline campaign management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business or related fields
- Skilled in SQL
- Skills in Python, R, Matlab or similar tools are a big plus.
- Digital marketing experience (plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Passion for data and metrics
- Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense
- Strategic oversight but at the same time a hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Above-average ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment without losing calm
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
- Ability to form and execute growth plans in a fast pace
