Job Requirements
Applicants are invited to consider a Postdoctoral Researcher position in
Advanced air-conditioning systems. The researcher will work on the development of high performance sensible-only cooling vapor compression system using either chilled beam or high-volume flow rate
Technologies.
The goal of this project is to develop a high-performance air-conditioning system based on
separate sensible and latent cooling technology to create a quantum advancement in energy efficiency.
- We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with interest in high performance air-conditioning
- Equipment and a background in buildings energy efficiency, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and computational fluid dynamics.
- A doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is required.
- Experience working with computational fluid dynamics, experimental techniques and system design.
- Professional experience in air-conditioning system design and manufacturing is a plus.
