M.Sc. Student Researcher

Applicants are invited to consider a M.Sc. student researcher position at the Renewable Energy Program.

This position is in advanced air-conditioning systems. The researcher will work on the development of high performance

sensible-only cooling vapor compression system using either chilled beam or high-volume flow rate technologies. The goal of this project is to develop a high-performance air-conditioning system based on

Separate sensible and latent cooling technology to create a quantum advancement in energy efficiency.

• We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with interest in high performance air-conditioning
• Equipment and a background in buildings energy efficiency, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and computational fluid dynamics.
• Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is required.
• Experience in working with computational fluid dynamics, experimental techniques and system design is a plus
