About the Job
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in software developer/ Technical consultants hiring and hired tons of developers earlier.
  • Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top Engineering/technical talent
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining etc
  • Provide Hiring Managers with regular updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
  • Work with Hiring Managers to determine best fit candidates, co-ordinate interviews, obtain
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of Recruitment experience in IT industry is a must
  • Identify potential candidates through headhunting, networking and through references.
  • Shortlist profiles based on the requirements of the position.
  • Conduct technical tests and evaluate the test solutions.
  • Perform initial interview to be conducted for developers.
  • Carry out the hiring process.
  • Communication in English and Arabic is a must.
