Job Description
- The ideal candidate must have experience in software developer/ Technical consultants hiring and hired tons of developers earlier.
- Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top Engineering/technical talent
- Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining etc
- Provide Hiring Managers with regular updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
- Work with Hiring Managers to determine best fit candidates, co-ordinate interviews, obtain
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Recruitment experience in IT industry is a must
- Identify potential candidates through headhunting, networking and through references.
- Shortlist profiles based on the requirements of the position.
- Conduct technical tests and evaluate the test solutions.
- Perform initial interview to be conducted for developers.
- Carry out the hiring process.
- Communication in English and Arabic is a must.
