Job Description

  • After Sales - Facility Management - Customer Service - Contracting
  • Design and manage community management activities.
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.
  • Deal with all customers to fulfill their inquiries & solve problems with continues follow up with their payments.
  • Deliver units and documents for all kind projects.
  • Ensuring clients proactive communication & updating Clients with the projects construction progress.

Job Requirements

  • MBA or CSM professional certificate is a plus.
  • Experience in Real-estate inside Egypt.
  • Communication & Effective leadership skills.
  • Excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills.
