Ensure and check that all received goods are undamaged, and that it`s QTYs are matching to its documentation
Align with the technical departments to ensure that the goods are matching to their technical specification
Maintain a proper system for items log, and material input and output, track and account for all incoming and released material
Maintaining the inventory and checking the material consumption to alert departments with material stocks and calculate the reorder point for every item
Assure that all warehouse documentation and record relevant data in reports as needed and ensure that all transactions are supported by proper documents.
Perform inventory counts when needed, and revise matching between physical stocks and book stocks
Ensuring proper storage, and revise physical storing conditions of all items are set to be according to idle Storage procedures,
Maintain the warehouse coding system for easy material identification,
Complete and achieve the warehouse duties by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on their work results,
