Job Description
- Manage the various accounts and sales with the existing and potential accounts e.g. telecom operators
- Plan and execute new business opportunities and their deployment
- Ensure efficient delivery of services including management of operator resources, service providers, talents and clients
- Perform day-to-day account management activities like timely collection and disbursement of payments and management of operational escalations
- Provide technical insights and recommendations on development and deployment of VAS
- Develop service agreements and Terms of Reference for clients and service providers
- Prepare periodic reports to Country Manager and Shareholder
- Develop, maintain and expand relationships with network of clients, content providers and other key stakeholders in the country and the region
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder with experience in the Telecom/ IT industry as a service provider.
- Deep understanding of VAS Solution
- Proven track records in consultative selling and Business Development (deal shaping, qualification, business case creation, due diligence, negotiations)
