Establish a visit plan and schedule, systematic visits with the customers.
Conduct regular visits to customers’ job site / field to inspect machines and leverage parts and service sales opportunities by offering reliable solutions to customers’ requirements.
Promote promotional products and campaigns.
Finds new markets, customers and application within territory and define opportunities.
Develops good knowledge of competitive products and suppliers.
Provides input on annual forecasts for territory potential.
Quotations for customers follow up on sales, process orders and organize parts delivery.
Focus on customer over-dues -credit and collection.
Works with parts and service managers on goals and marketing ideas.
Provides the customer with information to manage their equipment at the lowest cost per hour.

University Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
Has 1-3 years experience as a as a Service and parts Sales Engineer in handling equipment.
Relevant product and industry knowledge is must
Technical sales skills
Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
Possess high reporting skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Excellent oral and written English and Arabic is necessary.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work flexible shifts and traveling.
