Job Description
- Provide the business with related matters or corporate advice.
- Anticipating and helping to circumvent problems. Also keep clients up to date on new business laws and regulations, provide advice on labor relations, employee contracts, and suits against the corporation, employee injury, patents, and contracts
- Manage the system of review and archive of contracts in the company.
- Prepare a template(s) of the most used contract(s) and upload it on the intranet.
- Provides legal advice to all departments, In addition, he/she is responsible for establishing, promoting, and reinforcing compliance standards, aligned with local laws and regulations and company wide policies.
- Advise clients or employers on their legal rights and obligations. As advocates, they may represent companies in both criminal and civil court cases.
- Conducting investigation when required
- Monitor the implementation of the local laws and regulations and company wide policies.
- Represent company Legal to outside customers, in particular the government and industry associations.
- Handle legal issues related to business development, alliance management, litigation, corporate governance, and labor law.
- Negotiate agreements for the local organization.
- Limit litigation risk exposure.
- Manage legal housekeeping (archiving of contracts, official documents, litigation documents, etc.).
- Keeping close follow up for the contract managements database..
