Job Description
Sales coordination involves:
- Help in generating leads and finding new markets that might benefit from our products or services.
- Working directly with Sales director on putting suitable technical & financial customer quotations.
- Prepare for technical offers and tenders and Invoice processing and ensure compliance with pricing strategies.
- Obtaining customers purchase orders and work on it until they receive their orders.
- Handle sales funnel, Customer data, quotations and sales orders on ERP system.
- Coordinate performance evaluation of salespeople.
- Responsible for sales day-to-day operation reports.
- Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
- Makes Double visits with sales team.
- Follow up inventory stocks and ensure accuracy.
Technical office involves:
- Dealing with international suppliers and local companies in all industrial areas.
- Demonstrates full technical knowledge of present and future products so as to assist sales and aftersales teams and customers.
- Resolves customer issues and provides them with information to manage their equipment at the lowest cost per hour.
- Responsible for any sales, market and technical Analysis required.
- Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
- Responds to any technical inquiries.
Job Requirements
- University Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Has 1-3 years experience as a Technical office Engineer Indoor in industrial sector (Material handling or generators....).
- Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Very good written English and Arabic is necessary.
