Job Description
- In charge of potential Agency/Talent/Host recruitment to achieve new host target
- In charge of new recruited talent's performance/quality
- Regular competitor analysis and provide feedback to the team in order to improve operations policy and regulations
- Develop SOP document for the talent operations assistant
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any reputable university
- Ability to speak in English & Arabic fluently and idiomatically (Mandarin is a plus point)
- Experience working in live streaming APP(big live- loops live-mico live - 7 nujoom- up live ) (most important)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to a fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
