Job Description

SQUARE Home Decor is looking forward to an Energetic, Passionate and Creative person as a key employee, who wants to be a partner in our Success Story!

Job Duties:

A) Internal Tasks:

  • Stocktaking, Coding & Sorting, check the condition of the inventory at our Warehouse & North Coast Store, replace and return the damaged items whenever received new products
  • Stock checking, the systematic process of checking the quantity of the inventory twice monthly at our Warehouse.
  • Meet customer demands and determine when to stock up
  • Responsible to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
  • Filing the daily tasks, process and status. (Templates)
  • Weekly Reports of the work progress, outcome, obstacles, opportunities and comments.
  • Managing the online orders shipping process and arranging for the delivery packages.
  • Follow up the raw materials process starting from the receiving fabrics, printing process, wrapping and handling to the next step.
  • Following up the production cycle starting by the workshops till reaching the final product finishing.
  • Receiving the final products, checking and coding the inventory and make them ready to sell.
  • Periodical sales reports and defining the bestselling products to set preorders.

B) External Tasks:

  • Stocktaking, Coding & Sorting, check the condition of the inventory at our stores (B2B Channels), replace and return the damaged items once monthly.
  • Stock checking at our stores (B2B Channels), the quantity of the inventory weekly and stock up if needed.
  • Receiving P.O. to work on a production request then set proposal for the timing and quantity.
  • Managing the shipping process to our stores, delivering the items and following up.

Job Requirements

  • Organized & Business Oriented person.

  • Warehousing & Retail Background.
  • Very Good Communication skills.
  • Professional in MS Excel & Coding system.
