About the Job
  • Respond to different types of users’ messages on ticketing system, email, mail, phone and different Social Media channels.
  • Deliver service and support to end-users
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Verify system requirements (if needed)
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Provide feedback and weekly report.
Job Requirements
  • University degree.
  • 1-3 Years of experience
  • Age: 24-28
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Excellent computer skills rounded knowledge in Microsoft Office software programs.
