Job Description
- Monitoring the timely processing of incoming shipments and stocking the items in the warehouse.
- Coordinates all requirements (within Shipping, Receiving, and Stockroom) of the Customer Service department to meet customer needs.
- Reviews shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, Customer Service requirements and other records to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking, to distribution.
- Performs all supervisory functions, to include hiring, appraisal, counseling, and discipline.
- Ensuring effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods in order to prevent product damage.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree in any relevant disciplines.
- 5-10 years of experience preferably in-home appliances Manufacturing field.
- Advanced Excel using skills,and ERP system
- Leadership and time management skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Supply chain certificate is preferred.
