Job Description
- Managing service team
- Managing internal and external service providers
- Assigning tasks to technicians throughout each work day
- Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices including product details
- Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships
- Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and laws and ensure service department adheres to all regulations
- Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff
- Monitor his team performance via KPI's
- Monitor Incomplete, Response Time, Down Time & Service Level
- Spare parts proper forecast
- Meet Service department financial target
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- From 10 to 15 years experience in digital printing
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of digital printing
- Solid understanding of software & networking aspects of digital printing
