Job Description

We are a looking for an experienced bilingual executive who has worked in a B2B industry before. Your responsibilities will include

  • Be the main point of contact to receive and respond to client requests.
  • Respond to the clients with quotations and coordinate with the sales team in the negotiations to close the deal.
  • Schedule the delivery of projects following up and updating the clients.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with our clients and their finance teams for revenue collection.
  • Log the projects into our financial system
  • Manage the issuance of invoices following up with the clients for collection
  • Manage the talent search for recruitment
  • Manage the relationship with the suppliers / other freelancers
  • Monitor and report timely on KPIs to assist the senior management in steering the business.

You will be reporting directly to the senior leadership and the opportunity has huge potential for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal Arabic & English skills.
  • He/She should have proven track record managing clients in B2B environment.
  • Profound customer service, communication and negotiation skills are the assets to be able to fulfill the role.
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work comfortably with numbers
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Word & Excel to be able to generate the needed reports.
