B-Hub is looking for a talented Community Manager who is operation expertise and has experience launching community initiatives.
Job Description
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Perform daily walks through all areas of the operations facility while having visibility on all shifts.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Formulate, enhance and operate operational objectives.
- Responsible for the operational Profit & Loss accounts for the community, budgeting and maintaining actual results which match the budgeted plans and figures.
- Supervise the team(s) responsible for maintaining the community premises daily, and weekly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder with 2-5 years of experience in a related field
- Passionate about startups Eco-system and ready for the next success story.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum.
- Hands on experience with social media management for brands is a plus
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
