Job Description

  • The HR Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for the scalability of the business in line with strategic hyper-growth objectives. Defining and implementing strategic HR practices such as performance management, talent development, retention and engagement activities as well as ensuring the business complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • They will be responsible for leading at both a strategic and an operational level, all People orientated initiatives and activities.
     
  • They will have direct accountability for enabling the growth in headcount that Robiquity requires in order to meet its growth objectives whilst ensuring the culture of the business is retained.
     
  • The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR and People related experiences and be able to operate in a fast dynamic growing technology business.

  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practice
  • People orientated and results drive
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Proven/previous work experience as a Senior HR Leader
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR regulations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • A leader and a strategic thinker
  • Has a good level or interest and/or knowledge of Technology Consulting
