About the Job
- Looking for a Digital Marketing specialist who will assist with the execution of the online marketing strategy, website and landing page maintenance, online analytics, and email marketing.
- The Digital Marketing Specialist will help implement marketing activities across a variety of online channels as well as assist with marketing support.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s)
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Follow a theme/template for social media (Branding - Instagram theme - Blog - Pinterest - Facebook - Twitter)
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research to drive organic traffic growth
- Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Implement social media strategies and measure the impact of social media programs
- Integration, monitoring and analysis of social media trends and their reporting analytics
- Improve organic website traffic

- English, Arabic copywriter
- Knowledge of SEO and Social Media best practices and standards
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- An expert on creating ads and campaigns.
- Familiar with several social media channels.
- An expert on Facebook and Google Analytics.
- Experience with social media, Google Ad-words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Know how to research relevant keywords and use analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Maintain a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
