Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
To ensure timely payments to vendor and employees with full compliance of GSK and legal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage vendors and employee payments
- Meetings and follow up with vendors
- Manage cash flow forecast and request funds
- Maintain and keep bank mandates up to date on all systems
- Manage monthly accruals and amortizations
- Lead month end process in coordination with other functions
- Journal review and posting confirmation
- Bank reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Employee balance confirmations
- Managing corporate cards
- Support internal audit by external team
- Ensure internal controls are in places in full compliance with SOPs
- Manage P2P team of 2/3 people and overall payable proces
- Ensuring deliveries of the objectives/monthly tasks as per agreed timelines

Why You?
Basic qualifications:
- Professional degree in accounting and finance (MBA/ACCA or similar)
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in payable area
- Fully bilingual English-Arabic
- JDE and SAP financial systems experience is a plus
- Good command over Excel.
Preferred qualifications:
- Any additional related qualification is a plus
