Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for strategically acquiring new business opportunities and ideas, and handling current clients to increase sales maintaining maximum utilization of Berzi Plastics production capacity.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Opportunities and ideas.

- Products Marketing
Tasks:
- Sets with CEO the Sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Sets annual sales budget
- Generates a strategic annual sales business plan that is continuously updated.
- Issues a detailed monthly plan including targeted industrial sectors, industrial areas planned to be visited, detailed schedule of planned visits and clients to be visited in a given month.
- Attracts new clients by continuously marketing our products and finalizing new deals to maintain full utilization of Berzi’s production resources.
- Presents a clear monthly sales report using illustration diagrams like: pie charts showing the total amount of sales, number of products sold, quantities in tons sold and percentage of sales returns.
- Thinks of ideas and opportunities based on market needs to utilize unexploited machines/ technologies.
- Works on opening new business deals and new products with current clients to increase their production capacity with Berzi.
- Collects information about competitors in the plastic industry to be able to suggest distinctive ideas for Berzi.
- Prepares Sales reports to the Management as required
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business / Commerce or any relevant field
- Post Graduate studies is a plus
Experience:
- Seven to ten years of experience in Sales
- Experience in Plastics & industrial field is a must
