HR Business Partner

• HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
• The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent.
• The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.

Main Job Duties:

• Guidance and input on group restructures and workforce planning, along with organization design.
• Looks after the staffing & selection process to deliver against agreed staffing plans.
• Actions the Pre-boarding / on-boarding and Off-boarding program of company’s Joiners.
• Implements actions resulting from our Employees Engagement & Ennoblement surveys within a specific timeline and ensures actions related to the department managers/heads follow the same.
• Provides performance management guidance to line management.
• Conducts monthly meetings with the assigned departments.
• Assesses employees’ capabilities and designs their individual development plans.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
