Job Description

  • Managing The Sales team and monitor their performance.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operation.
  • Monitor team performance and Prepare sales team reports.
  • Can Make a Market Research and Survey.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Real estate experience is a must.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively.
  • MS-office: Word, Excel and Strong web searching tools.
  • Good of spoken and written English.
  • Good level of communication & sales skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Resident of Giza is a must.
  • Preferred female.
