Job Description

  • Handling customers inquires through Hotline channels in English, these inquiries are mainly technical and service inquires also contact the customers to survey their satisfaction

Benefits:

  • Net Salary: 3850 - 4850 EGP according to English level & work experience.
  • Working Hours: 9 working hours includes 1 Hour Break
  • Shift : 7:00 AM – 19:00 PM Rotational
  • 2 days off Rotational
  • Transportation

Requirements

  • Males & Females.
  • Excellent - Fluent Command of English Language.
  • Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to troubleshoot key issues
  • Familiar with how to use popular search engines and navigate different social media platforms
  • Android devices awareness
  • Smart phones overall feedback
