Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Carrying out the daily follow-up, internally and externally, from (garage-maintenance and repair), determining the required for each car and knowing the needs and availability of them.
- Follow-up of offers and comments on companies that have been coordinated to submit offers
- Follow up the accounts section regarding the collection of debts and the work of matching them
- Make new contracts and bring more customers to deal with us
- Review all old contracts with all companies contracted together and identify the main items that need to be modified
- Conduct interviews within the company with clients to discuss all available and existing offers
- Updating our contracts on a continuous basis to ensure that the company's rights are maintained with the companies involved.
- Presenting daily and monthly reports to the direct manager in the section (requests - inquiries - suggestions).
- Make a firm price offer for companies to send to them
- Identify key customer groups, determine the best way to communicate advertising information to them, and develop and implement their own communication plan.
- Facilitate customer relationships or relationship between company divisions, such as managers, employees, or branch offices.
Job Requirements
- Microsoft office
- V.Good in English written and spoken
- Background Automotive is an advantage.
- Experience 1-3 years as manager
- Customer service skills
- Presentable
- Multi-task and able to work under pressure
