Job Description
- Manage a team of Physicians & nurses and ensure that employees are complying with company policies when providing care
- Act as the medical expert in dealings with vendors and non-medical facilities that work within the organization
- Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's medical policies, standards, and programs
- Prepare monthly statistical reports related to department operation, budget and cost, employees complaints and medical cases
- Advise non-medical management on clinical and patient-related matters and policies
- Manage routine daily claims administration work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine
- Postgraduate studies in hospital management or quality from a recognized university
- From 15 to 20 years of experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing companies is highly recommended
- Superior judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong managerial competencies in the areas of leadership and team development, managerial coaching, and mentoring and situational assessment skills and with a proven track record in building and developing high performing teams
- Excellent organizational skills
- An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
