Job Description
- Provide BESA clients, including students and parents, with accurate and professional counseling services to help students choose the best suitable study abroad destination that meets their academic and financial capabilities.
- Assist students in filling their university applications, help them gather and prepare the required documents for their choice of programs.
- Assist student with their visa applications and prepare them for embassy interviews.
- Help students with other relevant services such as accommodation and flight booking
- Ensure all material and displays are always up to date and shelves are accurate appropriately
- Handle clients registration process including collecting data and admin fees.
- Follow up on regular basis with BESA’s network “schools – individuals” to maintain client loyalty
- Handle administrative tasks, including set-up for marketing events such as educational fairs, participation in school events and organizing conversion meetings
- Respond to all types of inquiries relating to BESA services and activities in Egypt in timely manner including e- mails, social media, Skype, face to face, over the phone, E-mails, and on Skype
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following specifications:
- Fresh graduate “0 to two years of work experience as a maximum”
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Computer Skills, especially in MS-Office
- Excellent communication skills “verbal and nonverbal”
- MUST be people oriented “willing to help and support”
- Punctual and paying attention to details.
