Job Description
Recruitment :
- Post required Jobs internally and Searching externally in different sources.
- Screening CV’s and making English phone interview.
- Scheduling and conduct HR interviews at the office.
- Organize another interview with the technical responsible.
- Sending Job offers and the required papers to the new candidate.
- Preparing all the required data for the new hire as social insurance, governmental & company medical benefits, HR System, Attendance system … etc.
- Employee Handbook and other forms.
Attendance:
- Preparing the data for the new access control system and provide monthly different reports.
- Combine the extra hours from home with all employees on daily basis.
- Provide a monthly report for each manager to track his team members status.
- Tracking the overtime and public holidays compensation.
- Tracking the shortage of time and discrepancy actions
- Prepare contracts and their annual renewals.
- Handling medical insurance claims and follow up receiving their reimbursement.
- Organize events, birthdays, farewells and fun days.
- Handling On& Off Boarding processes of staff.
- Back up to the Admin and anything assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or English Commerce.
- V. Good English & Computer Skills.
- Presentable & have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Females only.
