Job Description
A production manager is a person who is involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. He has to be sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Dealing with different suppliers.
- Updating the suppliers’ list and production materials regularly in collaboration with the business development manager.
- Estimating and negotiating budgets and timescales with suppliers.
- Determining quality control standards.
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: min. 4-5 years of experience.
- Graduated from: Applied arts is preferred.
- Programs: the Microsoft office, AutoCAD and Photoshop are a must.
- Well organized, details oriented.
- To be interested in technology and furniture activities
- To be able to identify, analyze and solve problems
- A high level of organizational, planning and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
