Job Description
- Arrange all kinds of Export / Import Shipping Process & Documents
- Respond to phone, e-mail, and booking requests from clients, agent’s sales representatives.
- Ensuring agents shipments are completed promptly with daily update.
- Complete coordination between all applicable parties for all ocean export shipments.
- Arrange Trucking with trucking team and coordinating with shipping lines.
- Taking operational, routing, and customer service responsibility for all files and shipments handled.
- Ensure booking confirmations and CNRs are received correctly and in a timely manner
- Responding to any customer questions concerning shipment details.
- Provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery, insurance, and ocean services or other matters affecting client needs
- Check the vessel status of each order & update customers.
- Establish and manage relations with warehouses, ocean carriers, customs broker.
- Coordinates clearance with destination agent if needed.
Job Requirements
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office)
- English: Very Good
- Strong Communications Skills
- Experience: 1-4 Years in Logistics, Shipping Field
- Ability to work under Pressure with Felixable Schedule.
