Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields (MBA holder is a plus)
  • More than 10 years of total work experience + at least more than 3 years of people / operations management experience
  • Experience in a similar role involving CRM, Customer Advocacy, customer service management or customer success management is a plus
  • A global leader with excellent people management skills
  • As good understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity
  • Excellent time management and presentations skills
  • A good understanding of finance, P&L is a plus
  • Flexible and able to adapt to Dell EMC & VMware cultures swiftly
  • Goal oriented
