Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day work on site according to scheduled plan.
- Responsible for quality control of materials and installation procedures.
- Responsible for having a thorough knowledge of all divisional products and services.
- Capable of effectively analyzing from system viewpoint, system problems and compliant.
- Responsible and capable for units and/or system installation, testing and commissioning to complete and finalize all contractual conditions and needs.
- Oversee projects team achieving their assigned tasks on time.
- Conduct regular meeting with PM to update him with project status, and to solve any problems affecting project's progress.
- Report to site PM if any changes required in project's scope, following the change management procedures to get approval for these changes.
- Follow up delivery of all required equipment, tools, materials with PM and Storekeeper.
- Responsible for submitting request for material, equipment, tools, others, required for tasks installation.
- Obtain a hand over certificate on satisfactory completion of assigned projects with customer comments (if any).
- Perform job duties and responsibilities on all assigned project sites pertaining commissioning installation and repair of relative equipment’s and to train client's personnel when required.
- Keep abreast of the new developments and trends in Cascade equipment’s.
- Handle product complains and make recommendations to superiors regarding goodwill replacement of products, suggesting methods of quality control and checking to determine that equipment’s and systems are functioning properly.
- Cooperate, coordinate and exchange data, information pertaining to systems & projects with staff in other divisions and keep well informed of such issues in order to cover the gap in case of emergencies.
- Perform Professional appearance and function the maximum effective communication skills when dealing with customers to gain their satisfaction and to maintain Cascade image.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Electronic /Telecommunication Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years in the field.
- Field of experience (CCTV System, Digital Video Storage & Transmission, Access Control, Intruder Detection, Fire Alarm, and LAN and Wan.)
- Good communication skills.
- Must have good command over English Languages, read, written & spoken.
- Must have good command on using computer and software applications related to the field.
