Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage organizations' computer systems, including software, hardware and networks.
- Design, install, and support the IT systems, including security infrastructure and telecommunications.
- Identify & resolve system issues.
- Identify areas that need improvement and implement these changes.
- Document system configurations, updates made to the system and any new procedures or policies created.
- Act as a project manager to all new IT related projects, i.e. installing camera/surveillance system(s), main point of contact with all telecommunication vendors, installing new software, etc.
Job Requirements
- Knowing security protocols, IT systems, networking infrastructures and database systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Working with inter-disciplinary teams to craft IT solutions
- Troubleshooting technology problems
