Job Description

Reporting

  • Collect and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

WFM

  • Staff scheduling and forecasting
  • Employee performance management
  • Vacation and leave planning

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one-year experience as reporting and WFM officer or similar in the travel industry, preferably back-office operations
  • Travel experience is a must

Required Competencies / Demonstration Level:
