About the Job

The PSCD/TRM Lead Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Public Sector Collection and Disbursement solutions to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance. In addition, the consultant will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope project and deliverables. The consultant will implement, customize and test solutions on the client system and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as:

  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews
  • Act as a team lead / Business Processes Senior Consultant and support respective manager(s) in people development tasks
  • Develop a detailed plan of process implementation
  • Define a detailed blueprint for development requirements
  • Lead industry / corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP / non-SAP)
  • Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
Job Requirements
  • 8+ years SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) / TRM (Tax and Revenue Management) and at least 2 end to end implementations
  • Must be a proven, hands on SAP PSCD expert with strong SAP FI-CA and SAP TRM (Tax and Revenue Management) configuration experience.
  • Experienced with multiple full implementation Lifecycle SAP PSCD experience and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Overall knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Finance solutions
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of the components of the Transaction Manager including Hedge Management and Accounting
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of classic Cash Management on ERP / Cash Management powered by S/4HANA
  • Expertise in SAP (Electronic bank statement) & Bank Reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Bank Communication Management (BCM) a plus
  • Knowledge of In-House Cash (IHC) a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury related Financial Accounting processes and best practices
  • Expertise in the integration of Treasury with neighbored SAP solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the client company
  • Proven experience in configuring, testing, and supporting S/4HANA solutions
  • Ability to conduct complex and interactive solution workshops
  • Proven expertise and commitment to knowledge management and mentoring
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (organization, manage details, communication, and manage multiple priorities)
  • Knowledge of Finance a plus
  • ABAP development and debugging skills a plus
