Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Timely response to any issues or requests
- Provide technical support to all staff.
- Repair and replace hardware as necessary.
- Test new technologies, training junior staff members.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Job Requirements
- 1-2-year proven experience as IT-technician or relevant position
- Excellent IT and computer software/hardware knowledge.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
