Job Description
- Establish Strategic policies & procedures & internal regulations of the technical department to ensure smooth operation and present it to the direct manager.
- Plan & maintain the project’s budget and the planning schedule in terms of time and within budget.
- Plan & prepare the project’s paperwork & update it regularly in accordance with the project manager.
- Update the direct manager with the project’s progress, problems & risks.
- Participate in the selection process of the subcontractor and the project’s suppliers.
- Full Responsibility of the technical office staff in terms of technical guidance & their rights.
- Send a quarterly report to the direct manager with the technical assessment of the technical office staff.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of engineering ,Electrical, mechatronics or mechanical department
- 10 years’ experience in the same position.
- M.P Certificate & Management Certificate is a Must.
- Excellent command of MS office
- Excellent command of written & spoken English language
- Excellent proven Leadership Skills.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- Flexible, Active & Can work under pressure
- Observer and attentive to details.
