Job Description

  • Act as a front-line interface with customers
  • Handle all sorts of queries relating to our products and services over the phone and on social media
  • Listen attentively to support, offer solutions and alternatives
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using our data
  • Resolve customer’s inquiries within a timely manner
  • Handle and follow up on customers’ complaints

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in the Customer Service field.
  • Has Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel).
  • Great Communicator who can handle Customer Inquiries
  • Has the ability to counsel, negotiate and advise others.
  • Persistent to see a job through to conclusion.
