Job Description
- Conducting all procedures for establishing companies with regulatory authorities.
- Review all the contracts (facility agreements, services, technical)
- Keeping records of all pending cases.
- Communicate with all regulatory authorities to amend/modify the commercial register as needed
- Preparing legal documents (General, Extraordinary Assembly Meetings and Board of Directors Reports)
- Preparing government reports as required
- Evaluating and investigating legal issues relating to proposed products
- Liaising the company for legal cases
- Conduct investigations with the employees and make the deductions related
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in law
- He has a renewed membership with a group of lawyers
- Experience in courts
- Experience in Government Relations
- Experience in dealing with Microsoft office
- Experience minimum of 1-2 years.
- Experience in Internal investigations
- Experience in Dealing with the Investment Authority
