Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
  • Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Manage network servers and technology tools

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
  • BSc in Engineering or Computer Sciences.
  • 3 years of experience.
  • Systems Administrator ,MCSA ,CCNA
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
