Job Description
- Ability to build a strong sales team
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients.
- Help clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Sending out the proper details of offered properties for clients over the phone, though E-mails
- Performing the full cycle of the sales process
- Looking for sales leads, making presentations, and studying the customer needs.
- Identifying/qualifying potential customers, classifying those customers and converting target accounts to new business. Introduce company products and services to clients.
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Following up on customers' requests, ensuring our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal.
- Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
- Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
