Job Description
- Acting as focal point of contact between the supply & demand hub and the commercial team.
- Looking after the supply for the imported portfolio end to end process including site release, shipping process and local market release procedure’s (customs clearance and MOH release).
- Accomplishing the company logistics regarding import, export of samples processes and MOH activities.
- Manage the process of customs clearance of the all imported shipments at ports.
- Manage the End to End process of Logistics of imported shipments, starting from LSP, regulatory, finance and custom clearance requirements to be matched with Ministry of Health, also handling the final release from CAPA (Central Administration of Pharmaceutical Affairs and NODCAR (National Organization for Drug Control and Research)
- Manage all requirements of NODCAR relating to reference materials, CPPs, GMPs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
- 0-2 years of professional experience in preferable in logistics /Supply chain.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Communication & analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience will be preferred
