Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible managing the work of the administration staff, by preparing their daily work assignments, and training the newly hired administration staff.
- Responsible for the factory staff transportation management, this includes the coordination with the factory`s departments managers on work schedules, sourcing the transportation service providers, managing the related financial process in coordination with the finance department, and follow up on the maintenance schedules of in-house company`s fleet.
- Responsible for managing the daily staff catering process, and this includes sourcing service providers, managing the related financial process in coordination with the finance department assuring the tidiness of the places specified for this purpose.
- Responsible for all the administrative purchases, this includes sourcing service providers, managing the related financial process in coordination with the finance department, and consistently following up on the stock levels of the administrative purchases.
- Responsible for managing the production process waste through sourcing the recycling service providers, managing the related financial process in coordination with the finance department, and assuring a sustainable level of tidiness of operations related areas.
- Responsible for managing admin related government transactions, through representing the company in front of related governmental authorities, maintaining the required logs and records, and ensuring that related governmental rules/policies/regulations are implemented.
- Responsible for the coordination with the security department in all intersectional work areas.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Holding a university degree from a reputable institution.
- 10-15 years relevant experience in Administration positions, experience in industrial companies is a must.
- Being a former officer in Army or Ministry of Interior Affairs is a very strong plus.
- Computer skills in using Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of English Language is a strong plus.
- Preferably if being a resident of 10th of Ramadan City or its neighborhood.
