Responsibilities:
- Leading the infrastructure team to provide IT service to all stakeholders.
- Set objectives, performance measures and align with business objectives.
- Manage all resources related to IT
- Manage Risk and Security.
- Manage IT-Outsource and IT-procurement cycles and requirement.
- Capacity planning for all resources.
- Manage the IT Audit inside the organization and maintain Compliance.
- Delivering all IT services to stakeholders based on SLA.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- 5+ years of working experience.
- Bachelor's degree engineering or computer science.
- Working experience in communication, hardware, software and security.
- Proven ability to communicate a vision.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Demonstrate success in managing and completing infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in infrastructure capacity planning.
- Working experience in delivering IT services according to ITIL framework.
- Good knowledge of IT compliance.
- Demonstrate conceptual understanding of Industrial systems and business needs.
